How to use

Suggested Use: Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2–4 tablets and with a meal. Do not exceed daily dose. 

Storage: Store dry at room temperature. Best if consumed before expiration date. Keep out of the reach of children. 

Caution: If you take a blood thinning medicine and would like to start taking supplements containing vitamin K, it is important to consult your doctor first.
